WARRANTY POLICY

Our warranty covers the replacement of the original defective part within the original warranty period of the manufacturer of said part. Unless specified otherwise, LeMeilleur’s RV Truck & Equipment Repair Company, Inc. will warranty the original part for a period of 90 days from date installed or purchased. Any labor involved in a warranty claim is warranted for 30 days from the date of the original installation unless otherwise specified. Warranties only apply to parts replacement for the exact same part. Any refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. Warranties are limited to the original parts and parts purchaser and are non-transferable.

• Our liability under NO circumstances will exceed the amount of the original sale.
• The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration or modification.
• The warranty does not cover any freight charges, cost of parts removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.
• Shall not be responsible for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, claims for delay, loss of profits.
• Nor shall it include any claims for labor unless within the 30 day time period of the original installation.
• No express warranties or no implied warranties of either merchantability, or fitness for any particular use or purpose or otherwise other than expressed and set forth above which are made expressly in lieu of all other warranties shall apply.
• Products used for high performance and/or racing which were not designed for said purposes will void any manufacturer warranty of parts unless explicitly implied.

Labor Warranty: 30 days from date of installation.
